Rooms without kitchens start at $120 per night.

Our current special is $695, which includes one of our spacious rooms with a kitchen. This price is for seven consecutive nights for two people. Additional persons are $10 per person per night.

Room 1

This room features two double beds, bathroom with shower and tub, sofa, television and a large kitchen table for families to gather around and eat. It also has a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishes/utensils are provided. (Max Occupancy 4 People)

Room 2

As you enter the room you will find a sitting area where you can relax and watch TV as well as have an afternoon snack after coming off the hot Beach. A small hallway takes you into the bathroom and a back bedroom where you will find two double beds.

Room 5

This quaint room sits at the top of the stairs and has one double bed, a sofa, mini fridge, microwave, TV, and a bathroom. It is perfect for a short stay! The pine paneling reminds you of the early beach days but the newly laid floor really updates the room.

Room 8

Room 104

Room features a queen bed, a mini refrigerator, a TV, and an air conditioner in the bathroom. Perfect for one or two people at the most. Unit is downstairs.

Room 205

Room features a double bed, a mini refrigerator, a TV, and an air conditioner in the bathroom. Perfect for one or two people at the most. Unit is upstairs.

Cottage – The cottage is temporarily unavailable for summer rentals.

This is our cottage that sits behind the main building. It sleeps 5 comfortably but can accommodate a 6th person. It is dog friendly with a small pet fee. The cottage has two small bedrooms featuring a double bed in each room. A small bathroom with a shower only and a living area that has a daybed. The kitchen has a refrigerator, large kitchen table, microwave, and stove. It also has a 40″ smart TV.

Unit 9

This unit is located upstairs just above the office apartment. This is also another popular room. When you first enter you’ll find a loveseat recliner television all within the kitchen area which features a refrigerator, stove, microwave, kitchen utensils and then there’s a full bathroom and in the back room two double beds.
